Itinerary
Morning hotel/airport pickup in Dar es salaam have briefing about your safari then start drive around 08:00 to Selous game reserve 5-6 hours drive. You will be taking your lunch during the journey, arrive in afternoon in Selous enjoy afternoon and evening boat drive while dinner and overnight at African safari camp
After breakfast in the morning with your lunch boxes enjoy full day game drive inside the game reserve, great animal sightings including all the great favorites lion, elephant, giraffe, buffalo, zebra and all the other major species like hunting dogs and birds in the afternoon after lunch then proceed with the game drive until evening and overnight at the African safari camp
After breakfast you will drive to Mikumi National Park via Northern Selou which is 5-6 hours driving. Whilst on safari you will see a wide variety of bird species, zebras, hippos, hartebeest, wildebeest, impala, warthog, eland antelope, giraffe, buffalo and elephants. If you are lucky you may also be able to spot lions, leopards and African wild dogs. Several observation towers enable you to overview the park in its entirety. Enjoy a picnic lunch during the day and dinner and your overnight stay at the Camp Bastian Mikumi.
After breakfast enjoy the full game drive in park. You will enjoy a picnic lunch in the Park.
When you are in Mikumi you will be able to see wide variety of bird species, zebras, hippos, hartebeest, wildebeest, impala, warthog, eland antelope, giraffe, buffalo and elephants and overnight at Bastian camp
After an early breakfast, you will visit a small Maasai village for about 2 hrs before starting driving back to Dar es Salaam for overnight or Airport.
